By using the Website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Who We Are

Central Tree Pros is a locally owned tree service company based in Des Moines, Iowa, providing tree removal, tree trimming, crane-assisted removal, stump grinding, land clearing, and 24/7 emergency tree services to residential, commercial, HOA, and contractor clients throughout Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois.

2. Services and Estimates

  • All estimates provided through the Website, by phone, or in person are free and carry no obligation to purchase services.
  • Estimates are itemized and based on the information and site conditions available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ materially from what was assessed (e.g., hidden hazards, obstructed access, additional debris).
  • Scheduling of work is subject to weather, crew availability, and emergency response priorities. Emergency and storm-damage calls may take priority over previously scheduled non-emergency work.
  • Full cleanup and debris haul-away are included in standard jobs unless otherwise noted in your estimate. Customers may request to keep wood/firewood in lieu of haul-away, which will be noted on the estimate.

3. Payment and Financing

  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of estimate or invoicing.
  • Central Tree Pros offers optional financing through Wisetack for qualifying projects. Financing is subject to credit approval, and terms, APRs, and monthly payments vary by applicant creditworthiness. Checking your financing options through Wisetack does not affect your credit score, but completing a financing agreement may. All financing terms are governed separately by Wisetack and its lending partners, not by Central Tree Pros.
  • Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on your estimate and may be subject to change if not accepted within that window.

4. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts & Email)

By providing your phone number or email address through our Website, request-an-estimate form, contact form, or verbally to our staff, you consent to be contacted by Central Tree Pros using that information, including:

  • Phone calls and voicemails regarding your estimate, scheduling, or service;
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS), including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, job status updates, and occasional promotional offers; and
  • Emails regarding your inquiry, service, or (only if you separately opt in) our newsletter or promotions.

Text Messaging Terms:

  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Central Tree Pros.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Insurance and Licensing

Central Tree Pros is fully insured, including general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and is a registered U.S. federal contractor. A certificate of insurance is available upon request prior to the start of work. Customers are encouraged to request proof of insurance before any crew begins work on their property.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate site access information and disclosing known hazards (e.g., buried utility lines, septic systems, underground sprinklers, property line disputes) prior to the start of work.
  • Customers are responsible for securing any necessary permits, permissions, or HOA approvals required for the work requested, unless Central Tree Pros has expressly agreed in writing to handle this on the customer’s behalf.
  • Customers should remove or secure valuable or fragile items (vehicles, furniture, decor, etc.) from the work area prior to our arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Tree Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of tree services, except to the extent such damages result from our negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Iowa law.

8. Website Use

  • Content on this Website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Central Tree Pros or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
  • The Website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully up to date at all times.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
